Ethan boasts a B.S in Exercise Science with a focus on Kinesiology from Longwood University. As an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and an ACSM Exercise is Medicine Health Professional he specializes in helping those with Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, PCOS, and various musculoskletal conditions take charge of their lives through gradual lifestyle adjustments and tailored strength training programs.
